Recruitment
ProsperUp takes a team approach to servicing our clients. Our top prioty is screening and recruiting qualified candidates. We conduct in depth, interviews for each associate. We’re focused on “The Best Fit” mentality by matching qualified candidates with great companies, while we walk through a step-by-step process from recruitment, selection, and pre-hire requirements.
Once on assignment, our Placement Specialist follows-up with our Associates, providing feedback, and performing exit interviews for turnover solutions. ProsperUp will also post positions on social media platforms, recruiting websites, attend career fairs and host recruiting events, work with local community colleges, and ask for associate referrals.
Orientation
ProsperUp offers orientations tailored to fit your needs. We will work with your management team to customize the orientation process for all new hire candidates.
